All purchases are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. Our shipping provider is UPS. If you are an international customer, please contact us at sales@dprenterprises.net for a shipping quote. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide your shipping address with your payment.
Returns
All items are sold as-is, as listed. Returns are not accepted without written agreement prior to sale(s).
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for ALL returned items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping within 7 days of receipt, in comparable packaging, insured for original purchase price, via UPS ground. Notification of intent to return must be received within 3 days of receipt.
Refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving return; only after inspecting the item for damage or improper application.
